When you get to 1041 Stuart St. Lafayette, CA. Just park in any space in the parking lot head for the Red Door and see the sign Core Fitness on the wall.

1. Come on in and change in the bathroom or other open room. I will be either waiting to greet you or finishing up with another client.

2. Please hand me your signed Waiver and Health History/Previous Injury forms. Download here now.

3. We will discuss your goals, health history and I will give you any evaluation that you and I think are important.

*** flexibility, functionality, bodyfat caliper, and performance tests have been chosen by other clients.

4. We will discuss your options, realistic expectations, and plan to achieve your goal.

 

 

FYI - We have lockers for your things.

Bring a workout towel and a something to drink.

Wear clothes that are loose fitting.
