My Perspective


We each need to take care of our bodies so that they work the way they’re supposed to, the way they did when we were younger. If we don’t make time for health and fitness now, we may find ourselves suffering from a health concern, or wishing we had been able to do more with our lives.
Our ability to contribute and perform in our lives and realize our dreams is directly affected by our fitness level and willingness to take action.  If you are ready to make a change, want to do it in the most effective way possible, and desire lasting results, you are someone I want to work with.
I believe that making exercise a portion of your personal time is crucial to success in your fitness life. Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and gain body awareness.  Getting the benefits of regular exercise will allow you to feel your best mentally, and physically. The fact that you look better and enjoy your life more can be a nice side effect.

Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach - National Strength & Conditioning Association

Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist - American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehab Professionals
